Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

Ensure all equipment is stocked and delivered to its required designation, and to ensure coordination between office and field personnel to maintain organization within the warehouse. This position exercises discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager with daily tasks.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Control the inventory.
• Keep warehouse clean, accessible, and organized.
• Manage tool and supply requisitions.
• Ensure excellent communication and customer service between departments and other support functions as needed.
• Responsible for company delivery and vehicle/forklift operation.
• Deliver parts and equipment to job sites, move equipment between job sites, and haul off demolition equipment and trash.
• Perform other reasonably related business duties as needed.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in related field.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
• Local travel expectations: approximately 5% of time.
• Physical requirements: prolonged periods of standing and walking; lifting, positioning, pushing, and/or pulling; frequent reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching; prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer; ability to lift up to 100 pounds; ability to access and navigate all areas of the industrial facility.
