Warehouse Coordinator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fulfills inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintains inventory levels by identifying and resolving discrepancies and conducting regular cycle counts.
• Updates warehouse management systems (WMS) with accurate records of stock movements using handheld scanning devices.
• Maintains adequate supply levels on each product line for the production team.
• Maintains compliance with food safety regulations such as Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Federal Drug Administration (FDA) guidelines.
• Collaborates with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to meet operational goals.
• Oversees the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to meet hygiene standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree or certification in logistics/supply chain is a plus.
• Minimum of (1) one year of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and warehouse best practices.
• Familiarity with inventory software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Forklift certification is required.
