Responsibilities
- Process receiving and return material authorizations.
- Prepare and package materials for shipments using FedEx/UPS services.
- Unload and accurately receive deliveries.
- Manage and update database inventory (MIMS, MOMS).
- Material handling and utilize RF scanners.
- Excellent communication with TransCore technicians, clients, suppliers, and vendors.
- Keep the warehouse area clean, neat, and organized.
- Scrapping, removing, or recycling as needed.
- Lifting of boxes, moving supplies or equipment/tools around the warehouse.
- Driving to and from other TransCore/FDOT office’s warehouses to pick up material/equipment.
- (Clean driver license required).
- Forklift operation, certification preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
