Warehouse Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Cook up daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of parts and materials.
• Ensure accurate inventory control by performing cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining organized storage locations.
• Receive inbound shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and ensure timely and accurate system entry.
• Support service and parts departments by ensuring timely delivery and availability of parts to minimize technician downtime.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety and OSHA standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners in a safe and efficient manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages, backorders, or discrepancies to leadership.
• Axle vendor coordination, returns, and warranty-related parts handling as needed.
• Utilize inventory management systems and DMS platforms to track parts movement and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with parts, service, and operations teams to improve warehouse processes and workflow efficiency.

• Strong organizational and inventory management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory or warehouse management systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and process adherence.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle parts and materials as required by the role.

Desired Education and Experience

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred.
• Forklift certification a plus.
