Warehouse Coordinator - 1st Shift

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator - 1st shift to join our team. This position will be based at our 3rd Party location in Coppell, TX. The Warehouse Admin will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software (SAP)
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to reconcile stock levels
• Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock and optimize inventory levels
• Coordinate inbound shipments, including scheduling deliveries
• Process Inbound receiving accurately and efficiently
• Communicate with customer service regarding order status, tracking information, and shipping updates

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics, with at least 1 year in a similar role
• Proficiency in warehouse management software (SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Open to local travel between site locations
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred qualifications include an associate or bachelor’s degree, forklift certification, and knowledge of safety regulations.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $51,765 - $88,740.
