Warehouse Coordinator - 1st Shift

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator - 1st shift to join our team in the Electrical Products (EP) Business Unit. This position will be based at our 3rd Party location in Coppell, TX. The Warehouse Admin will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software (SAP)
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to reconcile stock levels
• Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock and optimize inventory levels
• Coordinate inbound shipments, including scheduling deliveries
• Process Inbound receiving accurately and efficiently
• Communicate with customer service regarding order status, tracking information, and shipping updates

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics, with at least 1 year in a similar role
• Proficiency in warehouse management software (SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Open to local travel between site locations
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred qualifications include an associate or bachelor’s degree, forklift certification, and knowledge of safety regulations.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $51,765 - $88,740.
