As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will manage receiving, warehousing, and shipping of products while assisting with general maintenance of pharmacies and building facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Unload inbound shipments, stack product and supplies, and pick and stage outbound shipments.
  • Coordinate movement of products to storage areas using proper equipment and efficiently stack and store merchandise.
  • Assist with physical inspections of warehouse condition and equipment; prepare work orders for repairs and requisitions for replacements.
  • Pack shipments, including boxing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work environment; assist in maintaining security and safety of PANTHERx locations.
  • Perform general upkeep of building facilities, including organizing and cleaning.
  • Communicate with department heads to coordinate warehouse activities with production, sales, records control, replenishment, and purchasing.
  • Drive process improvement and manage inbound receiving, put-away, picking, shipping, and inventory control.
  • Scan documents as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Registration as a pharmacy technician with the Pennsylvania Board of Pharmacy, unless holding a current PA State Pharmacist license. (If not currently registered, you may initiate the process via the Pennsylvania Licensing System (PALS) and complete training upon hire.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of previous warehouse, logistics, or pharmacy experience.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently stands, walks, stoops, and kneels for 75% or more of the time; uses hands and fingers to handle or feel; lifts and carries up to 40lb boxes 25-50% of the time; and reaches with hands and arms.
