Warehouse: Cold Storage Order Selector

Job Summary

We’re hiring experienced Cold Storage Order Selectors to join a well-established, family-owned company that has provided reliable service since 1974. This role requires working in cooler and freezer environments while using stand-up forklifts and rider pallet jacks to select, stage, and load customer orders. Protective cold-weather gear is provided.

Position Details

Job Responsibilities

• Select and pull orders accurately in a refrigerated warehouse
• Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment as needed
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards
• Work efficiently in cold temperatures for extended periods

Qualifications

• Previous order selecting or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work in cold storage environments
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and work ethic
• Experience with pallet jacks or RF scanners is a plus
