Warehouse Clerk - Shipping/Receiving Specialist

ASCO Equipment is seeking a Warehouse Clerk - Shipping/Receiving Specialist in Wichita Falls, Texas.

About the role

The Warehouse Clerk & Shipping/Receiving Specialist will aid the parts department in fulfilling shipping and stocking needs, verify and maintain detailed records of incoming and outgoing shipments, and manage warehouse inventory orders and returns.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily shipments and maintain clear and accurate records
• Physically unpack, examine, and route incoming shipments
• Report shortages, reject damaged items, and process returns or credits
• Accurately match orders with packing slips
• Operate lift truck/hand trucks to move materials to designated areas
• Operate stretch wrap bander and PB crimp tools
• Make pickups and deliveries to suppliers using company truck/van

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Warehouse Specialist and Parts is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced/high-volume warehouse
• Detail-oriented with strong time management, organization, and teamwork skills
• Excellent communication skills, initiative, and follow-through
• Proficient computer skills and experience with tracking & shipping programs
• Personal dedication to work safety and accountability
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Acceptable driving record
