Warehouse Clerk - Shipping/Receiving Specialist

ASCO Equipment has a career opportunity for a Warehouse Clerk – Shipping/Receiving Specialist in Little Elm, Texas. The Warehouse Clerk & Shipping Specialists will aid the parts department in fulfilling shipping and stocking needs, verifying and keeping detailed records of incoming and outgoing shipments of parts by managing warehouse inventory orders and returns.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily shipments and maintain clear and accurate records.
• Physically unpack, examine, and route incoming shipments.
• Report shortages, reject damaged items, and process returns or credits.
• Accurately match orders with packing slips.
• Operate lift trucks and hand trucks to move materials to designated areas.
• Operate stretch‑wrap bander and PB crimp tools.
• Make pickups and deliveries to suppliers using a company truck/van.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Warehouse Specialist and in parts handling (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume warehouse.
• Detail‑oriented with strong time‑management, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication skills, initiative, and follow‑through.
• Proficient computer skills and experience with tracking & shipping programs.
• Personal dedication to work safety and accountability.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lb.
• Acceptable driving record.
