Warehouse Clerk / Receiver

Inbound Receiving

• Unload trucks, inspect shipments, verify quantities, and check for damage
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment to move product to designated storage locations
• Maintain receiving documents and files as required

Inventory Verification

• Match packing lists, purchase orders, and system records to ensure accuracy
• Receive customer returns using the CARS system
• Create DMR reports using the CARS system and work with the Purchasing Team to resolve issues

Material Handling

• Move product to designated storage locations using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment

System Updates

• Enter receiving data into the ERP system (Tribute)
• Apply proper labeling/barcoding

Quality Checks

• Report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods

Safety Compliance

• Follow OSHA and company safety standards at all times
• Keep work area and dock organized and safe

Support BMS Procedures

• Support The Hope Group Business Management System (BMS) procedures and work instructions by following established processes and supporting their continual improvement

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous warehouse experience preferred.

Skills

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Forklift certification preferred.
