Job Description Pay Rate: $17/hour - If you're looking for a more flexible way to get paid, we have DailyPay available. The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and delivery of materials across the property. This role ensures accurate inventory management, safe handling of goods, and timely distribution to internal departments while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. What You Will Do: Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments using inventory systems (Oracle/ERP)Verify quantities, condition, and accuracy of items; report discrepancies or damagesFollow inventory control procedures to ensure compliance and accuracyLoad and unload shipments safely and efficientlyOrganize, label, and store inventory properlyPick, pull, and stage materials based on internal requestsPrepare, package, and secure outgoing shipmentsObtain delivery documentation and signatures when requiredMaintain accurate inventory records and trackingAssist with cycle counts and physical inventory auditsOptimize warehouse organization and space utilizationSupport internal teams and project managers with material requestsDeliver materials throughout the resort as neededMaintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environmentFollow all safety guidelines and use required PPECommunicate effectively with team members and internal customersPerform additional duties as assigned Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. What You Will Bring Must be at least 18 years of ageValid driver’s license requiredAbility to meet physical demands, including lifting and moving materialsPrevious warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferredExperience in hospitality, retail, or high-volume environments is a plusFamiliarity with Oracle or ERP inventory systems preferredForklift or pallet jack experience preferredWestgate Resorts is a Smoke and Tobacco-Free workplace.
