Warehouse Clerk

About the role

This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Clerk position based in Oceanside, CA. The role involves receiving, sorting, and organizing donated goods, including loading and unloading trucks and pallets. You may operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies when authorized. The Warehouse Clerk also provides friendly and efficient service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and organize donated goods
• Load and unload trucks and pallets
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies) when authorized
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to donors and stakeholders
• Maintain a neat and orderly worksite

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs safely
• Effective communication and ability to understand work instructions
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
• Strong customer service skills to interact respectfully with donors, team members, and stakeholders
• Previous warehouse, retail, or dock experience preferred but not required

Schedule

• Tuesday through Saturday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM and Monday through Thursday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
