Pay
- Hourly Pay: $19.50 per hour
- Overtime Pay: $29.25 per hour
- Shift Premium: $1.00 per hour
Schedule
- 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
- Frequent overtime assigned on weekends with short notice

About the Role
Warehouse Associates work in clean, organized, and well-run facilities to provide the safest supply chain environment. Products handled include commercial HVAC parts. Roles support distribution across the U.S. and involve various warehouse fulfillment tasks.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates activities with clerks from other floor areas, the customer, and/or other suppliers as needed.
- Uses the location's WMS system to update area or shift metrics as needed.
- Generates daily, weekly, or monthly reports, memos, and summaries, often of a technical and/or confidential nature.
- Performs floor work and additional duties as assigned.
- Handles basic administrative tasks for area or shift, including maintaining filing systems and documents.
- Gathers and provides information to floor employees in the supported area.
- Coordinates activities, meetings, and communication for the specific area or shift.
- Performs other duties as assigned depending on the area supported or location-specific requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One (1) year or more of clerical or warehouse experience preferred.
- One (1) year or more of experience operating forklift equipment preferred.
- One (1) year or more of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates customer service skills.
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors).
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
