Warehouse Clerk

First shift, full-time on-site position in Winona, MN (55987).

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, process outbound shipments, and ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Perform a variety of warehouse duties based on work instructions and supervisory direction (written or verbal).
• Operate warehouse equipment safely to move, package, and palletize products as needed.
• Work closely with supervisors, warehouse office staff, and team members to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by packing and labeling products, pallets, and cartons; provide documentation specifying pallet count, item detail, weight, and lot/date codes when required.
• Store products in designated warehouse areas to maximize space and efficiency.
• Break down and palletize inbound freight for count, inspection, and receipt by the Receiving Clerk.
• Assist in cycle counting and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse.
• Load and unload trailers and containers.
• Operate material handling equipment (stand-up/sit-down forklift, pallet jack, drum mover, etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail for accurate inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Ability to read and comprehend pick list instructions and product details.
• Use hand scanner with 100% accuracy.
• Adhere to safety policies, operator preventative maintenance, and housekeeping practices.
• Effective, respectful, and professional communication with team members and supervisors.
• Basic computer skills to access job-related information.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.

Pay

$22.91 hourly.
