Warehouse Clerk

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Aid in unloading trucks and verifying merchandise against purchase orders.
• Process customer, work, shipping, and requisition orders to gather or distribute items.
• Sort and place items on racks, shelves, or bins according to specific criteria.
• Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for employees and customers.
• Assemble customer orders and place them on pallets or shelves.
• Relocate orders to a holding area or shipping department as necessary.
• Mark items with identifying information as required.
• Pick parts orders accurately and promptly to maintain high customer service levels.
• Assist in physical inventory counts.
• Pack core and warranty returns.
• Perform cycle counts as needed.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and clean work environment through general housekeeping tasks.
• Operate lift trucks and scissor lifts as needed.
• Occasionally fill in as a backup delivery driver.
• Adhere to company safety, courtesy, efficiency, and performance standards.
