Schedule

Hours: 8:30 am to 5 pm; 5 to 6 days a week. Flexible work hours required (available to work 24/7 for 24 hour coverage as needed).

Responsibilities

• Be on time and ready to work at the start of shift
• Inventory count verification
• Receiving input into BPCS and V2
• Assisting customers with locating items in warehouse
• Outbound freight – returned goods and/or repair
• Order issue and placement – MRO, special order and stock items
• Order follow up
• Maintain credit purchase log and reconcile to statement
• PO filing and associated file maintenance
• Resolving of invoice match issues
• Year end file purging
• "5S" implementation with focus on visual order, organization, cleanliness and standardization
• Operate a forklift
• Data entry – scan in invoices and other inventory documents
• Forklift operations
• Other duties as assigned

Additional responsibilities

• MRO & Bill of Materials – Labels, boxes, bags, film and chemicals
• Load and unload storage/transfer trailers
• Unloading of purchased goods delivery
• Delivered goods verification and log
• Warehouse stocking of purchased goods
• Special order items – notify requisitioner of arrival status
• USDA items received delivered to USDA
• Open accounts – BOM product

Qualifications

• Data entry, computer skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated, self-directed, self-starter
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Ability to multi-task
• Bilingual a plus
• Forklift experience
