Job Summary
The Warehouse Clerk is responsible to maintain production orders in WMS/SAP. Monitor production orders, create picking lists, scrap transactions, return transactions, updating and closing production orders, and more. Location: 6605 N Sarival Ave, Litchfield Park, AZ 85340 Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm Overtime based on business needs Pay: $20.00 per hour Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Enter daily process orders in WMS/SAP
- Assist inventory team with reconciliations, counts and adjustments
- Liaise with the production and finance teams to determine correct usage and report
- Correct inventory variances
- Daily / weekly reporting of process orders in WMS/SAP
- Daily / weekly reporting/adjustments of raw material inventory levels including end of run inventories
- Daily / weekly reporting & adjustments of packaging material
- Aid in reversal or adjustments of pallet quantities
- Troubleshoot and correct errors created in WMS/SAP
- Ensure the accuracy of data transmitted back to the main system
- Support spring production team
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and systems such as SAP/WMS and managing files and records
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language
- Knowledge of raw materials and production processes
- Maintaining good communication between leadership. Building partnerships among other departments
- Ability to work through fast paced environment. Demonstrating time management
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Bilingual English/ Mandarin preferred but not required
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Excel
- Previous experience with inventory administration and SAP preferred
Physical Requirements
- Sedentary work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body
- Walking: Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another
- Very Heavy work: Lifting and carrying for a short distance up to 50 pounds constantly on your own & up to 100 pounds via team lift frequently
- Talking: Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly
- Hearing: Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication and make fine discriminations in sound
- Visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, thoroughness of work
- Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work)
