Warehouse Clerk

About the role

CSAT Solutions is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Warehouse Clerk. The role requires some knowledge of computer components and is suited for highly motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

• Perform electronic data entry and report daily material movement, purge requests, pre‑alert entries, customer web entries, transfers, etc.
• Complete filing of material documents.
• Systematically record the movement of material from order request forms and/or transfer sheets.
• Receive and verify quantities of incoming materials.
• Perform warehouse duties such as cleaning, sweeping, and organizing materials to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist material handlers and other personnel in the movement of materials.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other quality system requirements within the department.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two or more years of data entry experience preferred.
• Ability to use manual moving equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, carts).
• Proficiency in email and written messaging with basic Excel knowledge.
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems preferred.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methods preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment with close supervision.
• Intermediate English abilities required.
• Ability to follow documented procedures, standards, and policies.
• Excellent time‑management skills.

Working Conditions

• Warehouse environment (may not be climate‑controlled).
• Lift/carry up to 20 lb.; push/pull up to 50 lb.
• Stand/walk for 8 hours.
• Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and crouching.
