Warehouse Clerk

About the role

The Warehouse Clerk is a full-time, on-site role based in Chula Vista, CA. This position is responsible for receiving, sorting, and organizing donated goods, including loading and unloading trucks and pallets. The role may involve operating warehouse equipment when authorized such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies. The Warehouse Clerk works directly with our customers to provide friendly and efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and organize donated goods
• Load and unload trucks and pallets
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies (when authorized)
• Provide friendly and efficient service to customers

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a neat and orderly worksite
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand work instructions
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
• Strong customer service abilities to interact respectfully with donors, team members, and other stakeholders
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50lbs safely
• Previous warehouse, retail, or dock experience preferred but not required

Schedule

• Tuesday through Saturday: 10:30am – 7:00pm
• Sunday: 9:00am – 5:30pm and Monday through Thursday: 10:30am – 7:00pm
