West Jordan, UT – 1st Shift – $940 weekly minimum
About the role
Provide administrative, inventory, and clerical support to Capstone site management and the corporate office. Perform data entry of daily information into Capstone systems. Prepare shipments to the corporate office and receive and distribute return communications. Other duties as assigned.

- Provide moderate housekeeping of office area

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year inventory and warehouse experience
- High school diploma
- High level of computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to provide accurate data entry and handle administrative tasks
- Ability to sit or stand for periods in an office as well as a warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures)
- Walking throughout warehouse during shift
Qualifications
- High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
- Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision
- Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks
- Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs
- Strong organization and prioritizing skills
- Previous office/clerical experience a plus
