Warehouse Clerk

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Management
• Interacting with the staff, customers; including vendors, commercial and builder accounts, installers, etc.
• Inventory Management
• Receive and inspect incoming flooring materials.
• Schedule Larger Deliveries
• Manage Pick ups and Small Deliveries
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts.
• Cut carpet and prepare flooring orders for installers and customers.
• Cookier delivery and pickup schedules with the sales/installation teams.
• Perform light-duty driving and local deliveries to job sites.
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Ability to prioritize and time manage effectively
• Opportunity to take on additional training to increase pay rate

Requirements

• Able to take direction and willing to learn our computer system
• Able to follow written directions and assemble basic displays

• Valid Drivers License and Clean Driving Record
• Able to lift 50-75lbs

Qualifications

• APPLICANTS MUST BE ANCHORAGE BASED OR IN THE REGION.
• Nice To Haves:
• Ability to run carpet cutting machine
• Warehouse or flooring experience a plus
• Able to Operate a Forklift
• Experience Scheduling
• Flooring Installation
• Blind Installation
• Tinkerer

Schedule

• Full-time, weekday schedule (some flexibility depending on business needs).
