Suja Juice’s Shipping and Receiving team is looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to ensure smooth order fulfillment and purchase order processing through accurate documentation management, data entry, and coordination in a dynamic warehouse setting.
Schedule
- Regular hours: 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM, Tuesday–Saturday
- Must be flexible and available for mandatory overtime
- 3-week training schedule: 4:30 AM – 1:00 PM, Tuesday–Saturday; employees will transition to the regular schedule afterward
Responsibilities
- Communicate with representatives to resolve issues such as damage, shortages, nonconformance to specifications, and updates to sales/purchase orders
- Coordinate with carrier representatives to schedule and issue shipping and delivery instructions
- Perform accurate data entries in NetSuite and RF Smart WMS systems
- Maintain and organize records for warehouse operations
- Requisition shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory
- Work with other departments to generate reports, including inventory counts, shipping/receiving summaries, and compliance standards
- Schedule carriers, create shipping pick-tickets, pallet tags, customer ASNs, and CHEP pallet reporting
- Prepare and verify pick-tickets against sales order records to ensure accuracy and meet deadlines
- Follow verbal and written safety, equipment operation, and work assignment instructions
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Perform similar and incidental duties as required
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
- 2+ years of forklift operating experience
- Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Software) and logistics management systems
- CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry experience is a plus
- High School diploma or equivalent (minimum)
Skills
- Proficient with NetSuite or ERP systems
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook)
- Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, listening); bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with moving goods packed on pallets or in bins
- Collaborative team player with leadership abilities
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions
- Operates in a food manufacturing environment
- Frequent standing, walking, and exposure to cold or wet areas
- Must work independently with a production/sense of urgency mindset
- Fast-paced environment with multiple facilities, material handling equipment, GMPs, and freezer/cold storage down to -10°F
Physical Demands
- Comfortable working in a refrigerated freezer/cold environment down to -10°F
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Push/pull up to 100 lbs with continuous motion
- Perform repetitive motions, including lifting, grasping, and handling materials/equipment
- Sufficient hand-eye coordination and dexterity to operate warehouse tools, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely
- Capable of safely operating manual and electric pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery
- Ability to tolerate constant movement, exposure to varying temperatures, loud environments, and occasional vibration
Pay
Starting pay rate: $22.00 per hour
