About the role

Join our team at SPX Flow in Delavan, WI. We are seeking a full-time, permanent Warehouse Clerk to work 1st shift (7am – 3pm) at our Hobbs Facility. Responsibilities

  • Picking and staging materials to keep assemblers supplied with parts between both Delavan, WI facilities.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and performing inventory transactions.
  • Processing orders for shipping and production areas.
  • Performing material handling duties as needed, including general warehousing tasks.
  • Order picking, handling receipt, movement, storage, and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures.
  • Processing, packaging, shipping, and/or storing supplies and materials.
  • Accounting for all materials and supplies by auditing goods received into the warehouse.
  • Operating a forklift and pallet jack, as needed.
  • Following required operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of the facility and equipment.
  • Delivering and picking up materials to and from lines as needed.
  • Assisting with inventory management.
  • Packaging, crating, and preparing materials for shipping.
  • Delivering and picking up required materials between facilities.
  • Performing material handling, shipping, and receiving tasks as required.
  • Always following safety policies and protocols.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift 40 pounds using proper lifting or team-lift techniques.
  • Experience using a forklift and/or pallet jack preferred; ability to pass forklift training required.
  • Computer inventory experience preferred.
  • Cycle count experience preferred.
  • RF Scanner experience preferred.
  • Good organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Good communication skills to interact with multiple levels and titles, and internal and external contacts.
  • Exceptional teamwork skills.
  • A solid work ethic including reliability.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent with at least two (2) years of related experience is preferred.

Physical Demands

  • Regularly required to walk, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
  • Frequently required to stand and use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.

  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Working Conditions

  • Occasionally works near moving mechanical parts.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
  • Specific PPE is required within the cell.

Pay

Starting at $20.00/Hr. dependent on experience.
