Warehouse Bulk Part Time 2nd Shift

About the role

Join our world-class Supply Chain Team and deliver essential products to our customers. As a warehouse associate, you may work in one of the following six areas:

• Warehouse Bulk/Material Handling Equipment Operator: Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to pick product up to 100 lbs and move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures. Not all work will be completed on material handling equipment.
• Warehouse Porter: Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance duties both inside and outside of the facility while adhering to safety procedures. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move product within the warehouse.
• Warehouse Replenishment: Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to pick product up to 100 lbs and move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures.
• Warehouse Receiving/Putaway/Returns: Confirm accuracy of product, address discrepancies and damages, and communicate effectively with internal and external contacts. Manually unload trucks, palletize products, and operate material handling equipment.
• Warehouse Returns: Match item quantities and descriptions to packing slips on returned items, check in returned product, and tag it appropriately. Operate material handling equipment to move product within the warehouse.
• Shipping: Organize, stack, and shrink-wrap customer orders on pallets. Load trucks manually in a fast-paced environment, lift and carry product, and stack empty pallets while maintaining a safe and clean workspace.

As an SC2 associate, you may be moved into any of the above roles, or SC1 roles, as needed. Safety is our utmost priority, and you will be essential to ensuring safe work practices and embracing our safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with colleagues and customers to resolve issues.
• Adhere to safety procedures and ensure safe work practices.
• Work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, or pulling boxes/merchandise weighing between 70–100 pounds.
• Stand and walk 100% of the time during shifts.

Requirements

• Minimum three (3) months of related experience in a warehouse environment; or any equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally.
• Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications).
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Ability to be Material Handling Equipment Operator certified.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Prior experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklift, pallet jack, and cherry picker.

Pay

Up to $24.50/hour (includes $1.00/hour shift differential).

Schedule

• Shift: Afternoon/Evening (2nd shift), Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM.
• Flex Schedule: Minimum 1 day per week, minimum 5 hours per day. Maximum of 25 hours per week. Must work between 1:00 PM–9:30 PM.
