Warehouse/Backup Route Driver

About the role

As a Hybrid Driver/Warehouse Specialist (Transportation/Record Center Specialist) for Access, you will be a key part of our fast-growing company in delivering the very best customer experience to our clients. This role offers variety in your workday, including preparing orders in a warehouse and making deliveries, providing a daily workout.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all materials, tapes, and boxes full of confidential documents for delivery.
• Assist Transportation Specialists in loading and unloading company vehicles.
• Process all incoming orders using wireless scanning technology.
• Investigate and resolve any order discrepancies for incoming or outgoing orders.
• Prepare necessary paperwork for the day’s deliveries.
• Load company vehicles with materials, recycling bins, and/or boxes of confidential documents, and prepare delivery paperwork.
• Deliver and/or pick up client documents and materials at various client locations using wireless scanning technology, interacting with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.
• Physical ability to lift boxes, recycling bins, and materials weighing up to 60 pounds and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the day.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a warehouse/physical atmosphere.
• At least 1 to 2 years of driving experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a pre-employment substance abuse screening, background check, and DOT physical.

Pay

$21.50/hour

Schedule

1st shift, Monday to Friday, 5 days/8-hour shifts.
