Primary Responsibilities
- Lead Ground-Breaking Projects

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Robotics, or related field)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in warehouse automation, material handling systems, or industrial automation
- Proven track record leading large-scale automation projects from design through implementation
- Experience with robotics integration, controls programming, and system commissioning
- Proficiency with automation design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
- Strong understanding of control systems (PLCs, robotics controllers, SCADA)
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and warehouse control systems (WCS)
- Knowledge of AI/ML applications in logistics and automation
- Familiarity with safety standards and compliance requirements
