Warehouse Attendant - VSN

Responsibilities

• Scan pick ticket to determine product needed to fill order.
• Pull product from inventory and stage them for shipping.
• Mark pick ticket as to quantities pulled for shipping and initial pick ticket.
• Verify count according to delivery paperwork.
• Stage deliveries to ensure accurate count and thorough inspection.
• Load product onto trucks in an organized, safe manner to ensure product quality.
• Inspect merchandise and note exceptions, checking quantity and condition of product received.
• Perform Receiving functions as needed.
• Place received items properly into stock.
• Keep product off floor and into stock—do not allow to stay in receiving.
• Off-load trucks and assist with housekeeping.
• Assist other departments as required.
• Rotate stock when possible.
• Inspect and clean the shipping and receiving areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
