About the role

Apart from being a family-owned company, Standard Supply is a large HVAC supply company established in 1946. We operate across Texas, Oklahoma, and Arizona and offer a range of positions including the Warehouse Associate role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and load customer orders with speed and accuracy
• Operate powered equipment (training will be provided)
• Use RF Scan Gun Technology for daily tasks
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
• Support team goals while managing multiple tasks
• Ensure attention to detail in all tasks

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Quick learner with a can-do attitude
• Safety-first mindset when using equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to multitask effectively
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Comfortable sitting for 20+ minutes at a time
• Ability to push/pull 20+ lbs
• Able to bend, kneel, twist, and climb ladders
• Comfortable handling large or oddly shaped items
• Clean driving record (no major or repeated violations)

Qualifications

We don't require extensive experience; a great attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to meet physical demands are essential. Training will be provided.
