About the role

Carroll Construction Supply is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities including loading customers, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading customers in a timely and professional manner
• Ship and receive products accurately
• Manage inventory levels and determine restocking needs
• Operate forklifts to load and secure trucks
• Unload delivery trucks and prepare paperwork
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and assess workflow efficiency
• Build and maintain positive relationships with warehouse staff and sales teams

Qualifications

• Experience managing a warehouse environment
• Forklift certification preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all departments
