Job Overview

Warehouse Associate – Full‑Time, Entry Level. The role supports fast‑paced warehouse operations, preparing and loading customer orders with speed and accuracy. Training is provided for operating powered equipment and RF Scan Gun technology.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders for delivery with speed and accuracy.
• Operate powered equipment (training provided).
• Use RF Scan Gun technology to perform daily tasks.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
• Support team goals while juggling multiple tasks.
• Maintain attention to detail throughout all activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Skills & Qualities

• Excellent organizational skills.
• Quick learner with a can‑do attitude.
• Safety‑first mindset when using equipment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lb regularly.
• Ability to operate powered equipment.
• Comfortable loading/unloading trucks.
• Can sit for 20+ minutes at a time.
• Can push/pull 20+ lb.
• Ability to bend, kneel, twist, and climb ladders.
• Comfortable handling large or oddly shaped items.
• Clean driving record (no major or repeated violations).
