Precision Garage Door Service is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate / Installer Apprentice. This hybrid role combines warehouse operations and field installation work, offering consistent Monday‑Friday hours, hands‑on experience, and additional earning potential. The position begins each morning in the warehouse preparing installers/technicians and trucks for the day ahead, and includes supporting installations in the field. The ideal candidate is reliable, team‑oriented, mechanically inclined, and ready to contribute to a company that values professionalism, customer service, and growth. Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations and maintain organization
- Receive, organize, and track incoming inventory and materials
- Stock installer trucks with parts, tools, and job materials each morning
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report shortages
- Keep warehouse clean, safe, and operational at all times
- Assist with loading and unloading products and deliveries
- Support technicians and installers with job preparation
- Ensure materials and equipment are ready for daily operations
- Help maintain company standards for efficiency and safety
- Support the installation of garage doors and related components according to company standards
- Ensure high‑quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Provide excellent customer service during installations
- Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Maintain professionalism while representing the company in customers’ homes
- Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding job progress
- Other duties as assigned
