About the role

Carroll Construction Supply is a fair, honest & team-oriented employee-owned company with over 35 locations across 14 states. They are seeking a General Laborer and Yard Laborer to assist with loading and unloading trucks, cleaning and handling concrete forms, picking/fulfilling orders, and other warehouse duties. The role involves working closely with teammates to ensure accurate loads and timely delivery, may require forklift use for loading/movement of materials, and requires working outdoors in various site conditions including direct sunlight and variable temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading trucks
• Cleaning and handling concrete forms
• Picking and fulfilling orders
• Performing other warehouse duties as needed
• Working with team to assure accuracy of loads and on‑time delivery
• Operating forklift to assist with loading, movement of product, and direct material handling (when required)
• Working outdoors in varying conditions, including direct sunlight and temperature changes

Requirements

• Previous knowledge/experience in the building materials industry is beneficial but not required
• Forklift experience is beneficial but not required
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass pre‑employment drug and physical testing
• Team player
• Steel‑toe boots required
• Motivated, hardworking, and dependable
• Driven for success and willing to go the extra mile
