Responsibilities

• Ensure total customer satisfaction through courteous service while performing assigned duties in the warehouse and assisting customers with loading and unloading merchandise.
• Record all required data when processing customer pick-ups and returns, including verifying merchandise, location, and customer vehicle details.
• Issue, receive, and store materials, supplies, and equipment according to established procedures.
• Maintain open communication with management and complete tasks as instructed, including keeping the floor current and maintaining customer pick-up lists.
• Inspect received merchandise to ensure integrity and accuracy on inventory.
• Perform duties in accordance with company safety rules and operating regulations, reporting any safety violations to management.
• Maintain equipment, work areas, records, and files in a clean and orderly condition.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned, including assisting with customer deliveries outside the store.

Requirements

• Ability to lift, stoop, bend, push, or pull up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to sit/stand for up to a 10-hour shift.
