About the role
This position involves performing various tasks within the warehouse environment, including but not limited to:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through courteous service
- Processing customer pick-ups and returns
- Storing and managing materials according to established procedures
- Maintaining safety and security of company property
- Completing warehouse closing checklist
Responsibilities
- Record required data during customer pick-up and return processes
- Verify customer balances and vehicle information
- Issue and receive material, supplies, and equipment
- Communicate with management and follow visual merchandiser instructions
- Inspect and validate merchandise received
- Perform duties in compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Lift, stoop, bend, push or pull up to 100 pounds
- Sit/stand for up to 10 hours per shift
