About the role

This position involves performing various tasks within the warehouse environment, including but not limited to:

• Ensuring customer satisfaction through courteous service
• Processing customer pick-ups and returns
• Storing and managing materials according to established procedures
• Maintaining safety and security of company property
• Completing warehouse closing checklist

Responsibilities

• Record required data during customer pick-up and return processes
• Verify customer balances and vehicle information
• Issue and receive material, supplies, and equipment
• Communicate with management and follow visual merchandiser instructions
• Inspect and validate merchandise received
• Perform duties in compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Lift, stoop, bend, push or pull up to 100 pounds
• Sit/stand for up to 10 hours per shift
