WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE - WPB

About the role

A Warehouse Associate who coordinates warehouse activities, handles light metal products, windows, and doors, and supports production and delivery operations.

Responsibilities

• Load and offload light metal products, windows, and doors.
• Assemble metal shutter products, including hand drilling with an air drill.
• Work on the production line to meet production targets.
• Direct forklift drivers as needed.
• Manually handle, repack, or restack pallets of finished product.
• Perform occasional local deliveries to job sites using a company vehicle.
• Pick up supplies from local vendors using a company vehicle.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and organization.
• Operate company vehicles for deliveries and other tasks as needed.
• Perform other related duties as directed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Two years of work experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools.
• Positive attitude.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Ability to move around the warehouse.
