Key Outcomes
Order Accuracy & Quality: Cut, pull, inspect, and pack orders accurately to minimize rework and returns.
Maintain Proper Inventory Management: Process inbound receiving and maintain stock rotation.
Safety & Standards: Operate machines safely, follow safety guidelines, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Communication & Flexibility: Flag issues early, support cross-training, and adapt to high-volume periods.
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years of warehousing experience preferred (attitude and reliability matter more).
Prior experience in wire cutting highly preferred.
Familiarity with Wemco or Reel-o-matic wire machines advantageous.
Forklift certification a plus.
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push up to 100 lbs. using proper technique.
Dependable attendance and a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to complete pre-employment screening requirements.
Compensation Details
The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $19.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience.
Additional Information
Steel toed boots required.
