About the Role

Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Washroom Operator to support the Rental Division. The Washroom Operator is responsible for safely and accurately loading and unloading customer garments and bulk products into industrial washers and dryers using washroom equipment to set appropriate wash and dry parameters based on product type. The role involves coordinating transfers between washers and dryers, monitoring equipment functionality, maintaining work area cleanliness, and meeting quantity and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the proper functioning of washroom equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
  • Meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
  • Must be willing to learn to use a computer/console for work activities.

  • Must handle materials that may be soiled or have pungent odors, with appropriate protective equipment.
