Warehouse Associate Union - Night Shift (TX)

Pay

$21.95 per hour plus $0.75 shift differential for Sunday–Thursday 6:00 PM–3:00 AM shift. Up to 4 hours of mandatory overtime daily.

Schedule

Full-time warehouse position with variable shifts (days or nights), including weekends and some holidays. Hours may change based on customer orders or business needs.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select and pick merchandise from assigned slots, confirming correct quantity and unit of measure.
• Load merchandise into appropriate trucks and drop reserve merchandise into pick slots.
• Prepare VIA merchandise for shipment via freight lines and repack loose merchandise for shipping/delivery.
• Verify product quality, packaging, and adherence to vendor compliance policies.
• Adhere to Warehouse Labor Standards and “Preferred Method Standard.”
• Identify and report slot and put-away problems.
• Shrink wrap merchandise/pallets as needed.
• Perform housekeeping duties and other assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers.
• Forklift training/certification (successful completion required).
• Ability to lift 40–60 pounds repeatedly each shift.
• Ability to bend, stoop, climb, stand, and twist for extended periods.
• Experience operating Radio Frequency (RF) or Voice Pick devices.

Work Environment

Job is performed in a warehouse/operations environment with frequent exposure to fast-moving material handling equipment or mechanical equipment. No travel required.
