Warehouse Associate/Truck Driver I

About the role

Rexel USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Driver to join the PLATT team in Fremont, CA. This role combines warehouse operations with driving responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a safe work environment
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety rules
• Receive and verify incoming materials
• Stock and prepare branch orders
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other machinery
• Load and unload vehicles
• Perform inventory counts and maintain equipment
• Handle customer deliveries and returns
• Complete paperwork and documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• No prior experience required
• Prior warehouse experience a plus
• Certification to operate forklifts and other equipment preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 21 years old
• Pre-employment and annual motor vehicle record check
• Medical certificate within 30 days of hire
• No suspended driver’s license in the past 3 years
• No at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
• High school or GED diploma preferred

Pay

The starting pay range for this position is $19.80 to $24.76 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and other considerations permitted by law.

Schedule

This role includes both warehouse operations and driving responsibilities, with up to 50% of the time spent driving.
