Warehouse Associate (Trade Shows & Events)

About the role

Responsible for setting up and tearing down exhibits at trade shows and events, ensuring all materials are properly stored and organized.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down exhibits at trade shows and events
• Ensure all materials are properly stored and organized
• Collaborate with event staff and clients to ensure smooth execution of events
• Handle inventory and maintain accurate records of supplies used
• Assist with loading and unloading of equipment and materials

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Knowledge of basic event setup and teardown procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in event setup and teardown preferred

Pay

$20-$25 per hour

Schedule

Monday through Friday, typically 8am-4pm, with occasional weekend and evening work as needed.
