Warehouse Associate Swing Shift

Position Details

• Shift: Monday - Friday, 2pm until finish
• Starting pay is $17/hour, with incentive and premium pay opportunities that allow top performers to earn up to $22/hour.
• Location: 1982 Commerce Rd. Springfield, OH 45504
• Walk-in interviews available every Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Position Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick and pack product according to established standards.
• Run scanning equipment.
• Pack orders to the customer’s requirement and/or from provided specifications.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Self-identify mistakes, identify problems, and recommend solutions.
• Provide candid and timely feedback to all levels in the organization.
• Involvement in problem-solving when needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
• Experience: Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position.
• Physical Abilities: Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift; able to lift and stack product between 10-35 pounds and up to 80 pounds occasionally throughout shift; able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e. cooler, freezer and dry.
• Pre-Employment: Passes a pre-employment drug test.
