We are hiring for three full-time Warehouse Associate positions in the Structure and Vinyl area.

About the role

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for all aspects of warehouse functions including receiving, storing, handling, shipping, and preparing products for customer delivery while maintaining the warehouse in a safe and orderly fashion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and control structure and vinyl rental inventory, including shortage and breakage.
  • Inspect all incoming equipment for condition—clean, repair, and return to inventory.
  • Manage tenting and structure assets, including care and staging orders.
  • Accurately identify and count stock materials as listed on work orders.
  • Verify quantity and description of equipment received against orders.
  • Place materials on shelves, racks, or other designated storage areas in an orderly manner.
  • Enter quantity received against purchase orders in the computer system; print back orders and inventory stock put-away lists.
  • Assemble and fill orders for customer shipment.
  • Review orders to ensure correct picking.
  • Complete periodic spot checks and inventory audits.
  • Establish grading levels for inventory equipment.
  • Work directly with sales on large events to schedule equipment rollout, avoid overbooking, and determine sub-rental needs.
  • Keep inventory levels current.
  • Safely operate all necessary equipment in the work area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.
  • Experience with structured metal and vinyl.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Experience operating power equipment and tools, including forklifts.
  • Good oral and written (email) communication skills; excellent math skills.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Able to withstand temperatures in a typical warehouse environment.
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
  • Able to be on feet for upwards of 8 hours a day.
  • Able to spend 90% of time standing, walking, lifting, pulling, and pushing.
  • Able to climb ladders for top-level selection.
  • Able to identify product by size, type, style, color, or product code.
  • Solid reading skills—must be able to read orders and match shipping tickets to items picked.
  • Ability to understand and execute instructions.
  • Must be forklift certified or able to become certified.

Pay

Starting pay is $16/hr.
