The Role
- Own key warehouse functions in a fast-paced distribution environment
- Picking and packing high-volume customer orders with precision
- Handling specialized industrial products (pipe fittings, flanges, valves, and related PVF inventory)
- Operating forklifts safely and efficiently
- Built and staged pallets for shipment
- Maintain organized inventory systems
- Cycle counting
- Keep operations running lean and clean
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years hands-on warehouse or distribution experience
- Forklift certification or experience required
- Experience with order picking, packing, or shipping preferred
- Able to lift 50–75 lbs regularly and work at a steady pace
- Proven attendance and dependable work history
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Safety-conscious, focused, and efficient work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a warehouse team
