About the Role
This role involves efficient picking, packing, handling, and timely movement of product. The primary goal is to move product safely while maximizing productivity. Detailed Standard Operating Procedures exist for tasks including Breakdown, Ecom Full Service, Ecom Indirect, Happy Beauty, Key In, Loading, Packing, Picking, Returns, Stores, Cleaning, and Batching.
Responsibilities
- Package and ship products to stores, salons, or direct to customers.
- Work within various warehouse lanes, including Hospital QA Lane, Packing Lane, Store Sorting, UPS Line, Wrap Stage, and loading.
- Complete Special Projects such as the deal break process or breaking down product deal packages into components.
- Process returns through the warehouse, inspecting returned product for piece count, damage, and accuracy against accompanying paperwork.
- Ensure all work is done accurately to maintain optimal customer service.
- Maintain a safe work environment, perform job functions safely, and report potential hazards or property damage to leadership.
- Maintain good housekeeping and productivity standards based on assigned tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior distribution/warehouse experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with adaptability to change and interruptions.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts typical of a warehouse, including safe work practices with light to heavy equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks), avoidance of trips and falls, and observance of fire regulations. Exposure to occasional fumes, odors, and temperature fluctuations (25°F to 105°F) is possible.
- Repetitive lifting of cartons weighing 10 to 55 pounds.
- Standing/walking for 6 to 12 hours per day.
- Climbing up and down stairs and ladders.
- Performing tasks across warehouse functions, including receiving, put away, picking, packing, cycle counting, order checking, and shipping.
