Warehouse Associate

About the role

As a Warehouse Associate at Carrier Enterprise, you will manage daily warehouse operations, including picking and verifying orders, loading and unloading products, and maintaining inventory control using advanced warehouse technology. This position plays a key role in ensuring the timely and efficient distribution of HVAC products and is eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse.
• Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards.
• Scan products to ensure accurate and timely shipping.
• Collaborate with internal customers (Store Associates and Sales Managers) for product delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners).
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the HVAC industry.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the HVAC or similar distribution industry.
• Forklift experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in PC skills and experience with inventory and shipping/receiving systems.
