Job Overview: The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting daily operations by preparing merchandise for delivery, unloading trucks, organizing inventory, and assisting service and delivery teams as needed. This position requires a reliable, detail-oriented individual capable of handling both warehouse and delivery responsibilities safely and efficiently. Pay: $15.00 /Hourly Responsibilities: Assist service and delivery crews with on-site and warehouse tasksUnload trucks and store merchandise on rackingAccurately pick orders using picking ticketsPalletize and prepare loads for shipmentLoad and unload delivery trucksBar-code and bag non-factory packed merchandiseMaintain, clean, and organize the warehouse and storesAssist with returns, restocks, and end-of-day procedures Qualifications: Valid Driver’s License requiredAbility to use basic hand toolsSelf-motivated with a positive attitudeAbility to bend, stoop, reach, walk, and lift items up to 75 pounds; use proper equipment for heavier loadsAbility to retrieve merchandise from varying heights using moving stairs, ladders, etc.Excellent vision (with or without corrective lenses) for reading picking tickets and cartonsMust pass background check and drug testAbility to work on your feet for extended periodsBasic computer, math, and counting skillsDetail-oriented and organizedComfortable working in environments with temperature variations, dust, and noiseReliable transportation to and from workHigh School diploma or equivalentSteel-toed work boots/shoes required We offer our employees competitive compensation, extensive paid training, comprehensive and flexible suite of benefits package, 401K with company match, team member discounts, rewards for top performers, and most importantly career advancement opportunities.
