Responsibilities

  • Safely load, unload, inspect, and stage inbound and outbound shipments
  • Pull, stage, label, and prepare shipments in accordance with shipping schedules
  • Process material requests, returns, and internal transfers
  • Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, and narrow-aisle equipment
  • Scan and track material movement using warehouse and ERP systems
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and end-of-month inventory counts
  • Reconcile inventory discrepancies and assist with stock replenishment as needed
  • Transport raw materials to production areas to support manufacturing operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
  • Cross-train and support other warehouse and distribution functions as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Leads or Management

Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or GED required
  • Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
  • Forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment required
  • Basic computer skills; experience with web-based software or ERP systems preferred
  • Ability to analyze problems and maintain attention to detail
  • Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and flexibility to support varying operational needs

Physical Requirements

  • This position requires the ability to perform essential job functions, including:
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Standing and walking for extended periods
  • Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
  • Working around forklifts, moving equipment, and industrial machinery

Working Conditions

  • Warehouse and manufacturing environment
  • May require working extended hours, nights, or weekends based on production needs

Pre-Employment Requirements

  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of:

Pay & Benefits

  • $17.00/hour starting pay
  • $2.00/hour night shift differential
