Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, inspect, and stage inbound and outbound shipments
- Pull, stage, label, and prepare shipments in accordance with shipping schedules
- Process material requests, returns, and internal transfers
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, and narrow-aisle equipment
- Scan and track material movement using warehouse and ERP systems
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and end-of-month inventory counts
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and assist with stock replenishment as needed
- Transport raw materials to production areas to support manufacturing operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
- Cross-train and support other warehouse and distribution functions as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Leads or Management
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment required
- Basic computer skills; experience with web-based software or ERP systems preferred
- Ability to analyze problems and maintain attention to detail
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and flexibility to support varying operational needs
Physical Requirements
- This position requires the ability to perform essential job functions, including:
- Lifting up to 50 pounds frequently
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Working around forklifts, moving equipment, and industrial machinery
Working Conditions
- Warehouse and manufacturing environment
- May require working extended hours, nights, or weekends based on production needs

Pay & Benefits
- $17.00/hour starting pay
- $2.00/hour night shift differential
