  • Outbound Order Accuracy & Fulfillment: Accurate orders, complete documentation, and timely departures.

  • Shipping Documentation & Compliance: Complete and accurate shipping documents, clear exception handling.

  • Inventoried Integrity at the Dock: Proper picking, returns, and reporting of discrepancies.

  • Inventory Integrity at the Dock: Proper staging, labeling, and readiness of will-call orders.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identifying and addressing workflow friction and staging inefficiencies.

What Success Looks Like After 90 Days

  • Outbound orders leave the dock accurately every shift.

  • Will-call orders are staged and ready before customers arrive.

  • Shipping exceptions are documented and communicated promptly.

  • The shipping area is organized, hazards are addressed, and equipment is maintained.

  • You have surfaced at least one meaningful improvement in your first 90 days.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Prior shipping, warehouse, or fulfillment experience preferred.

  • Forklift or pallet jack certification required or obtainable within 30 days of hire.

  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and standard computer tools (Excel, email) preferred.

  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. regularly and stand for extended periods.

Compensation Details

The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $19.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and life insurance, prescription drug coverage, paid vacation and personal time, and a 401(k) with employer match.

Work Shift and Hours

Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm.

  • Steel toed boots that cover the ankle bone are required.
