Warehouse Associate (Shipping and Receiving)

About the role

Responsible for managing shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely deliveries.
• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding order status and product availability.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record (if applicable).

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of basic warehouse management systems.
• Experience with inventory tracking software.

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
